These are shipping times and do not include the time to prepare the order. We need about 1-3 weeks to prepare the product.

If you have any issue with your product due to size, color, some small flaws or any other problem that we can not avoid. Please contact us first and we will give you a good solution.

2. We do not assume any customs generated fees. If your country has stringent customs, or you require a special form of shipment, please contact us before we ship. We will ship according to your needs. If there are any customs fees on your package, they are your responsibility. We will not cover any fees. Please understand.

3. Because our big stock and change every day ,a small number of products may be temporarily out of stock, but we will produce them as soon as possible. All orders take about 5-30 days of preparation time 
If your order has products out of stock, you can wait, replace , resend with your next order ,or refund FOR THE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS 
If you choose wait, once has design in stock, We will send your order immediately. 
if too many designs out of stock from your order ,we hope you can try wait few days , as all designs was in producing .we will do our best to let them in stock asap . 
4. If you choose order brands products and related products. After we ship the parcel maybe will happen Unable to clear customs or destroy by customs, Caused the parcel to fail to arrive or other issues. you need bear the risk and loss. as this is out of us control. If you mind, please cautious to order.

Any customs issue cause your package no delivery or delay delivery ,need buyer bear it . and also any Customs generated fee we do not assume .pls note this information ,if you care ,pls cautious to order.
